PRR is in the midst of reading of Michael Azerrad’s, Our Band Could Be Your Life, which is one of my favorite books/the impetus for my interest in music. A lot of people Azerrad’s age would probably say the 12 or 13 bands profiled in the book got them through high school. I would say the act of reading the book got me through high school.
